Rejuvenation Peptide

Recovery, renewal and the meaning of younger

Rejuvenation Peptide reading list

The sources range from a collagen-culture experiment to reviews of topical creams and unapproved injury-repair peptides.

Skin and copper-peptide studies

The 2025 review of topical GHK is useful for the facial findings and the delivery problem. The 1988 fibroblast study addresses collagen synthesis in cultured cells; the 2011 skin-layer study measures copper crossing and remaining within excised human skin. The 2016 hair-count trial tested a 5-aminolevulinic acid–GHK complex.

The 2015 skin-regeneration review, 2008 tissue-remodelling review and 2018 gene-data review range more broadly across mechanisms and models. I’m most sceptical at the point where an experimental summary turns into a proposal about regeneration.

GLOW constituent research

The 2025 BPC-157 narrative review supplies the opening discussion of the small human record. The 2017 VEGFR2 paper examines a vascular mechanism using chick and rat models and human cells in culture. The 2026 Sports Medicine review discusses the unapproved constituents within injury and athletic-performance research. It is a narrative review, with no controlled GLOW-combination trial to summarise.
